The enchanting taste of chocolate firstly reaches the palate, followed by aromas and exotic spices. A meeting that brings aromas and unique perfumes for always different experiences which become even stronger if wines and liquors are involved.
Through a particular manufacturing process and the selection of precious raw materials natural ingredients, we make a fully handmade chocolate with a persistent taste.
Our on-going research allowed us to discover fertile and harmonious relationship between spicies and milk chocolate: the bar with anise and the one with ginger are an example.
We have also found some delicious combinations with dark chocolate (even if with a smaller percentage of cocoa mass): here is the intense dark chocolate and licorice bar, the appetizing dark chocolate and chilli pepper bar and the innovative dark chocolate with coffee and cardamom bar.
