The Salatini Gardini are artisan chocolate thins, born from the ongoing experimentation of Gardini’s master chocolatiers.
The Capers version combines the intense character of dark chocolate and the softness of milk chocolate with the savory, aromatic notes of the caper fruits from the historic agricultural company La Nicchia di Pantelleria.
Each Gardini Salatini, handcrafted in the Gardini Chocolate factory, is perfect for an elegant aperitif or as an original sweet-savory snack.

Salatini | Dark and milk chocolate with chopped dried caper fruits
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, chopped dried caper berries 4% (of Pantelleria’s historic “La Nicchia” agricultural capping factory), sea salt 0,4%, emulsifier : soya lecithin, natural flavour vanilla. May contains traces of hazelnuts. Store in a dry and fresh place.
